Stretching – The new phase
When we started seven years ago, we had one clear conviction: organizations grow through people. Through trust, connection, and the courage to take responsibility. That conviction has brought us to where we are today. To strengthen that vision and our continuity, we are now taking a special next step.
As of July 1, 2026, Ilvie Heynen, Lieneke Hundscheid, and Surya Bindels are co-owners of Coredaet. With this, we broaden our ownership and create space for new leadership, new ideas, and renewed energy.
Because growth also means challenging yourself, we are introducing our Council of Challengers. Miranda Nouwen, David Jongen, Danny Nijhuis, and René Smolders will inspire, question, and keep us sharp as sparring partners. Because challengers need challengers, too.
