HR Business Partner

As Coredaet's HR Business Partner, we help you find interim or project-based assignments for our clients on diverse and challenging projects. Common HR challenges include supporting HR organizations in their transformation to strategic business partners, temporarily filling roles as HRBP or HR manager, (re)designing HR processes, or setting up and leading international talent programs to prepare new generations of managers.
What do you bring?
- 5 to 10 years of HR work experience in national or international organizations, preferably active in the service sector, industry or healthcare;
- You are broadly deployable in the HR field and have gained in-depth knowledge of a number of HR themes;
- You like to share what you know with others, sharing knowledge with other HR professionals makes you enthusiastic;
- Project management holds no secrets for you;
- You are ambitious and people-oriented and you have excellent communication skills;
- A proactive attitude and self-starting ability are natural competencies for you;
