You are looking for…

An HR Consultant role at an energetic and entrepreneurial consultancy. You'll work on challenging assignments for clients such as ING, ASML, BASF, Sligro, Daelzicht, and Gilde Opleidingen. You'll coordinate projects, (re)design HR processes, and develop international talent programs. Mid-level consultants at Coredaet have worked on leadership development in healthcare, culture change in government, and system harmonization in industry, among other areas. 

In addition to your client assignments, you'll contribute to our growth. You'll assist with internal projects like recruitment and marketing, build our network, and contribute to our strategic direction. 

You are…

• A people-oriented professional with 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in an advisory role in a corporate or consultancy environment. 

• Holds a Master's degree and is fluent in English. 
• Someone who sees and seizes opportunities, with a sense for relationships and results. 
• Conceptually strong, curious and sharp on the question behind the question.
• Experienced in project-based work and the coordination and supervision of projects.
• At your best in a stretchy and challenging work environment: you quickly find your way with new clients, in teams and projects
