You are looking for…

A role as Senior HR Consultant in which you use your experience to really get organizations moving. You work at a strategic level with clients such as ING, ASML, BASF, Sligro and Gilde Opleidingen. You are recognized as an expert in the field of organizational development, often in the role of HR business partner, HR manager, project leader, or program manager.

You initiate and implement change processes, promote collaboration across teams and departments and optimize HR processes with sustainable impact. Stakeholder management holds no secrets for you. As a sparring partner for executive and management teams, you ensure that the HR strategy seamlessly aligns with the broader organizational goals. You switch smoothly between strategy and practice and know exactly when to slow down, accelerate or connect. You take market developments into account in your approach and help teams and leaders move along with the changes around them.

• A senior professional with extensive experience (8+ years) in the HR domain as a consultant, HR manager, business partner or program/change manager.
• Holds a Master's degree and is fluent in English.
• Strong in stakeholder management, with persuasiveness, political sensitivity and the ability to connect.
• Someone who thinks and acts, who is conceptually strong and knows how to move organizations.
• Commercially adept: you see opportunities, know how to exploit them and build sustainable customer relationships.
• A natural coach and mentor for junior and mid-level colleagues.
• At your best in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where ownership is self-evident.
